Asian Prawn Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

2 limes, juiced
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
½ fresh long red chilli (seeds in), finely diced

Method

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
