Oven roasted garlic and lime whole Tiger prawns
900g or 24 extra-large Whole Raw Tropic Co Tiger Prawns,
3 cloves garlic, sliced
2 limes, sliced
¼ cup olive oil
½ bunch parsley, chopped
½ bunch dill, chopped
½ cup aioli (garlic mayonnaise)
Pepper to taste
Fresh crusty sourdough bread
Tip: Try cooking directly on the BBQ.
- Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 200c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Step 2
Place prawns in a large bowl add garlic, oil, lime slices and season with freshly ground pepper then toss and place into the lined baking dish.
- Step 3
Place into the oven and roast for 8-12 minutes or until cooked turning prawns occasionally.
- Step 4
Sprinkle with parsley and dill serve out of the baking dish with aioli and bread.
