Prawn & Cucumber Salad


450g cooked Tropic Co Tiger Prawns
120g Baby Spinach
1 Cos Lettuce
1 Cucumber
20g Black Nigella Seeds
1 Red Chilli
1 Lime
1 ½ tbsp Sesame Oil
1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce”


Step 1

Finely chop Chilli and stir through Lime juice. Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce.

Step 2

Mix all the dressing ingredients together in a large bowl with some Black Pepper. Tip in the Prawns and leave to marinate for 10 mins.

Step 3

Mix Avocado, Cucumber and Cos Lettuce.

Step 4

Add peeled Prawns to the salad bowl.

Step 5

Pour dressing over salad and sprinkle with Nigella Seeds.
