Super Simple Prawn Baguette


12 cooked Tropic Co Australian Tiger Prawns
1 baguette
4 tablespoon pesto
4 tablespoon aioli
1 cups fresh rocket
Fresh lime to serve


Step 1

Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tails intact or remove if desired.

Step 2

Slice baguette into four pieces and spread with rocket pesto and aioli. Top with fresh prawns and rocket. Serve with fresh lime.
